SQR Cleaning Services is specific to what it wants to deliver to its customers and this forms the core basis of the organisations values. We are a forward thinking company and we always strive to improve our services on an ongoing basis.

Service, Quality and Reliability are key factors in providing any contractual service level agreement to any industry, and such key factors are sustainable values within the organisation.

Service – The service the customer requires is build around their business and meets the specifications and deliverables they require as the customer. However we fully understand that changes may occur our role is to ensure such changes are put in place and managed. By working together we will monitor the service and ensure that all aspects of the contractual agreement are fulfilled to your satisfaction.

Quality – We are committed to meeting and exceeding the expectations and needs of all our customers. We recognise that to achieve this we need to recruit and train employees to become the best in the industry. Therefore we will ensure that the necessary investment is made available to continually develop all employees.

The organisation as a whole is committed to providing a quality service which is consistently checked to ensure that high standards are maintained. We will monitor our employee’s performance whilst completing extensive inspections and frequent spot checks.

Reliability – All businesses are dependant on reliability, whether it’s from employees, outside contractors they form part of the daily routines of any business. As a business we recognise the importance of providing reliability and take the responsibility to meet these requirements in providing the level of service and trained employees needed to meet the agreed service level agreement.

Service Delivery

We are committed in providing a comprehensive cleaning service which will ensure a clean, safe and healthy environment for employees and visitors. In principle we would meet the outline requirements as follows:

  1. The services are provided by a team of qualified and experienced managers, who have extensive knowledge of cleaning services over multiple sites.
  2. Support Staff who are trained in current practices and procedures, and are competent and experienced in performance monitoring of cleaning standards.
  3. Site-specific cleaners and supervisors. Employed from the area to ensure regeneration of employment.
  4. Details of the management structure, strategic personnel and site specific staff will be given in a detailed Service Level Agreement (to be made available separately).
  5. The operational team responsible for each site will provide a high quality and efficient service to clients.
  6. The team will ensure that responsibilities in respect of Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities are met.
  7. Provide appropriate level of customer care giving rapid response to emergencies, problems and changes to service levels.
  8. Provide extensive resources using up-to-date equipment and materials.
  9. Provide consultancy and technical advice on cleaning related matters.
  10. Provide relief staff for sickness and absence, and additional staff to cover for emergencies when they arise.
  11. All front line staff are required to wear corporate uniform at all times with the SQR Cleaning Services logo. CRB checks are carried out for all new cleaning staff.

SQR Cleaning Services supply all electrical equipment, general hardware and cleaning materials required to provide a comprehensive cleaning service.

All electrical equipment is maintained on a central inventory and is tested on an annual basis to comply with the Electricity at Work Act 1989. A service engineer carries out all call out repairs and routine maintenance to ensure no impact to the services of our customer.

Cleaning materials have been selected taking into account safety as an important factor and effectiveness in use. All materials used are COSHH assessed.

All necessary protective clothing is provided to employees as required by our Health and Safety policy.

The implementation of effective management systems, performance targets and service monitoring will form key components of success in delivery.
